Answers to your Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: How long will it take to receive my items?
Our lead time is 3-4 weeks. We will try to get your item shipped out to you as soon as possible, but depending on order volume it could be closer to 4 weeks. All items will be shipped via USPS ground (or USPS Priority if possible).
Q2: What if I need to change my shipping address?
Just let us know as soon as possible. We will notify you a day or two before your package ships and we will provide you with the address you entered upon placing your order – please take that time to ensure we have your correct address. We will ship on the date we provide in that notification email unless you inform us that we need to update your address.
Q3: What if I am not sure about a color?
Colors can definitely be tricky to be 100% accurate based on differences between the computer you are viewing the image one. We offer color samples for a nominal price if you would like to get an idea of how the color will look. You will see these for sale on our products page.
Q4: What if I am not happy with my products?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We do offer refunds if you get your item and are not happy with it. Notify us within 2 days if you are not happy with your purchase and would like a refund. Refunds only apply to the item(s) purchased, the shipping cost isn’t eligible for reimbursement and you’ll need to pay to ship the item back. Once the item is returned, your refund will be issued.
Q5: What if I want something that is slightly different than what is shown on the website? Do you ou do custom orders?
At this time, we do not do custom orders. What is available on the website is what we offer. No exceptions at this time.
Q6: Can my products be kept outside?
Our products are sealed with polyurethane, but they are intended for long term indoor use. They will be fine outside for your event, but they are not intended to be stored outdoors for extended periods of time.
Q7: What if I want to change my order?
There are no guarantees that an order can be changed especially the longer you wait to make a change. If the order has not gone into production yet, it can likely be changed. Please let us know as soon as possible if this is your situation.
Q8: Is there a way to rush my order?
You may purchase a Rush Request along with your order to request to move your order to the front of the line.
